Dropped in and visited from out of town. Fun experience and great space. Members were so friendly as well as the lady at front staff was very accommodating. Great experience and would definitely like to try their second location next.

Genuinely such a amazing gym.

Our son has been attending Bravè for a year now and absolutely loves this gym and all the people involved! We recently signed him up for one of their summer camps, and it was hands down the best camp he’s ever attended! Every single day he came home excited to tell us about what he learned, and he was genuinely disappointed when the week came to an end. The entire team does an incredible job of keeping the kids engaged, motivated, and having fun while teaching them so much more than martial arts. They foster self-confidence, kindness, respect, responsibility, and perseverance in a way that really sticks with the kids. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about helping each child grow, both on and off the mat. We’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our son and can’t recommend this camp, and the gym as a whole, highly enough!

I can’t say enough great things about Bravé MMA. From the moment we walked through the doors, the gym, coaches, and the entire Bravé community have been incredibly welcoming, encouraging, and inspiring. Our boys have gained so much more than just self-defence skills and discipline. Their confidence has grown beyond anything I could have imagined. The coaches have an incredible ability to recognize each child’s potential and encourage leadership, resilience, and personal growth, not just in their athletic ability, but in who they are as people. They genuinely care about every member, and the coaching team are outstanding role models. In the relatively short time we’ve been part of Bravé, we’ve seen such positive changes in both of our boys. I also can’t recommend their summer camps enough. They are the perfect combination of learning, training, and fun. Our boys came home every single day absolutely beaming, full of excitement and stories about everything they learned and experienced. If you’ve been thinking about trying MMA for your kids, or even for yourself, don’t hesitate. Bravé is the place to be.
