I trained at Brave for about 5 months before having to leave for summer work. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed and motivated to learn. In the brief time I trained my skills and technique greatly improved. Comparing myself now to my abilities when I first started here is night and day. I briefly trained at a couple of other gyms in the past, but none of them come close to the attention to detail, dedication, coaching, and community that is found at Brave. If you are looking for an MMA gym in Edmonton, Brave is the place to be. I will certainly be back!
I’ve learned a lot from brave in terms of defence and offence, the teachers are amazing and nice and have good conditioning and warming up before a sessions which makes and a lounge upstairs for everyone to sit in amazing for all ages.
