Strength & Conditioning & Calisthenics Head Coach – I’m a personal trainer who has been training and competing in Jiu Jitsu since 2021. To help you achieve your goals I utilize various disciplines such as calisthenics, gymnastics, kettlebells, hypertrophy and strength training. I understand how much BJJ can improve your life, but also the dangers of the sport. I’m here to help you feel and perform better on and off the mats, while reducing your chance of injury.
